2. What data we collect and why

Contact data. When you contact us by email or phone, we process your name, company, email, phone and the content of your messages. We use this data to answer your request, send the catalogue or samples, and discuss a project. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Technical data. Our website host's server logs record technical data such as IP address, browser and time of visit. We use this data to keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not ask for more than we need. Please do not send us sensitive personal data. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep request and contact data for 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or a legal duty requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for the short period set by our hosting provider.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, under data-processing terms: our website hosting provider, our email provider, and delivery companies when we send you samples. We may also share it where the law or an authority requires it. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens we rely on the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

This website uses only the cookies needed to display and secure it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, write to sales@taliving.eu. We will answer within one month.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius.
